Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses. Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.

Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services. Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

The Impact You’ll Make The Clean Key Account Technologist (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers. This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment, as well as the ability to provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

What You’ll Do Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact. Process Optimization: Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.

Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred. What We're Offering This position will be occupied in Villach.

It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
