The main tasks of the position are: The South Germany Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer relationships and strengthening FOX Racing's presence within the Motocross market across the territory. • Drive sales across FOX Racing's Motocross product categories through proactive outbound selling • Maximize revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory • Manage both Pre-Book and At-Once sales through customer visits, phone calls and email • Execute seasonal sales campaigns and drive product adoption across dealer accounts Account Management • Manage, develop and support a portfolio of Motocross dealers across South Germany • Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers and key customers • Maintain consistent, responsive and professional communication with accounts • Identify growth opportunities based on regional market trends and dealer needs • Deliver seasonal product presentations and sales clinics to dealers • Stay up to date with FOX Racing product launches, Motocross market trends and competitor activity • Identify product opportunities based on inventory, local demand and dealer feedback • Drive sell-in and sell-through through merchandising initiatives and seasonal planning • Keep management informed of opportunities, risks and support needs within the territory • Participate actively in sales meetings and share market intelligence from the Motocross industry • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to improve commercial performance Position requirements: Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in retail, inside sales, customer service or field sales • Experience within the Motocross industry is highly preferred • Strong understanding of Motocross dealers, retail environments and sales processes • Ability to create and deliver impactful sales presentations • Strong commercial and financial awareness • Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes • Experience delivering high levels of customer service • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work autonomously • Strong communication skills (in-person, phone and email) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time • Full driver's license Competences: • Results-driven and performance-oriented mindset • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills • High level of autonomy and accountability • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach • Passion for Motocross and the off-road community What We Offer • Competitive salary package • A dynamic, supportive and multicultural work environment • The opportunity to represent one of the world's leading Motocross brands • Hands-on experience in an international company with operations across Europe • Career development opportunities within a fast-growing global organization • Employee discounts on Revelyst brands and products South Germany Sales Representative – FOX Racing (Motocross) FOX Racing is one of the most iconic brands in Motocross, with decades of history developing premium racewear, protection and performance gear trusted by riders around the world.

We are looking for a driven, autonomous and results-oriented Sales Representative to grow our Motocross business across South Germany (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg).

This is a field-based role for someone who understands the Motocross industry, enjoys building strong relationships with dealers and is passionate about growing one of the most recognized brands in the sport. You'll spend most of your time visiting customers, identifying new business opportunities and helping our retail partners succeed.
