Orthodontic Practice Sales Representative (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse) Solventum is seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Practice Sales Representative to grow market share and build strong relationships with orthodontists and their teams across the upstate New York region. Collaborate with inside‑sales, customer‑service, and accounts‑receivable teams.
Compensation & Benefits US applicants only. Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists, their staffs, and orthodontic residents.
Grow market share and sales volume within the assigned geography. Manage customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction. Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of relevant experience, OR high‑school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience. Current, valid driver’s license. Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and order‑entry software. History of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Understanding of time and territory management. Comfort with technical information and numerical data. Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups. Strong work ethic, people skills, and a competitive background. Location: Must reside within the upstate New York area (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse).
Travel: May include up to 20% domestic travel. Relocation assistance: Not authorized. Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment‑visa status. Expected compensation range: $105,600 – $145,200, including base pay plus variable incentive pay (if eligible).
