Remote Junior Sales Representative
AO Globe Life is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Remote Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with policy inquiries, benefits information, and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company’s standards.
• Participate in team meetings.
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation.
• Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
