The position is part of the Virtual Engagement Solutions (VES) team based in Poland and operates within a collaborative, cross functional structure. You will work in a hybrid setup, partnering closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Commercial Excellence teams, and reporting directly to the VES Lead Poland.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive remote sales activities to achieve or exceed targets within assigned geographic areas and customer accounts Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities while routing qualified leads to field teams where appropriate Promote and educate customers on Medtronic products and solutions to support informed decision‑making Collaborate with field sales teams to coordinate product demonstrations and support sales execution Manage customer interactions and resolve inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools such as Salesforce and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to track performance and maintain accurate data Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, medical, or business‑related field Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support within a professional environment Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) Strong remote communication and customer engagement skills with the ability to present solutions effectively Ability to manage priorities, track opportunities, and support end‑to‑end sales processes Fluency in English Experience in remote sales, key account support, or the medical device or healthcare industry, as well as knowledge of surgical products or procedures, would be considered an advantage but is not required.
