Responsibilities In this position you will represent our electronic security solutions directly with customers — both on-site and remotely. In direct exchanges with customers you will capture their requirements, question them carefully, and derive technically sound solutions.
You will prepare solutions and systems so that they are understandable and comprehensible for both decision-makers and end users. Together with engineering, estimating and project management you will develop proposals that are technically well-structured and economically viable.
You will support projects throughout their entire lifecycle — from the first conversation through successful implementation to contract conclusion. A key focus of your work will be fire alarm systems (Brandmeldetechnik, BMA), which you will actively develop and manage in day-to-day operations.
In addition, you will support the expansion of video technology/video surveillance and advance this business area with a growth-oriented approach. You will keep an eye on market and technology developments and derive impulses for the further development of the sales organization.
