Responsibilities Build a new customer portfolio in the German / European market by delivering logistics solutions to satisfy customer's specific logistical needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers. Work towards maintaining established sales goals and targets. Identify and pursue potential new accounts.

Frequently meet with potential and existing customers to market the business and strengthen relationships. Communicate customers’ needs and concerns by giving feedback from meetings. Conducts research to identify customer needs.

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business activities; developing customized logistics strategies and solutions.

Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans Needs to have: Proven ability to create new customer bases in the logistics industry. Good understanding of industry, sales, and account management. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.

Attention to organization and details. Self-motivated person with determination and a drive to succeed.
