In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting our aircraft maintenance services, and driving sales growth across the aviation industry. You’ll play a key role in identifying prospects, building relationships with potential customers, presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities Identify, generate and qualify new leads and business opportunities through outbound prospecting, market analysis, networking, and proactive customer outreach. Present and position Nayak’s maintenance services and solutions effectively to prospective customers.
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end from initial contact through RFP handing, quotation, proposal development and contract drafting, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive timely follow up on sales opportunities and ensure rapid responses to customer inquiries and RFQs.
Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, strengthening account growth and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure proposals, pricing, and service offerings meet customer requirements. Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends to support sales growth.
Represent Nayak at industry events (trade shows, conferences etc.), and customer engagements to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
