Position: Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses Top Performers Earn: $300K+ Location: Hybrid work schedule in Delaware As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
What You\'ll Do Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors Present financing options and close sales Build lasting customer relationships Participate in ongoing sales training Why Home Genius?
