For the Sales Executive role, we would prefer younger talent who is energetic, proactive, and eager to develop a long-term career with the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Research, identify, and recommend potential customers and new business opportunities.

2. Conduct market research and analyze sales opportunities to support business growth.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

4. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.

5. Identify new market segments and selling opportunities, and provide regular market intelligence reports to Management.

6. Meet with potential customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable products and solutions.

7. Expand the Company's presence within the Food Service, FMCG, F&B, HORECA, Japanese cuisine and Retail sectors, including the Malay market segment.

8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.

9. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and successfully close sales opportunities.

10. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, objections, and complaints professionally and promptly.

11. Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation to prospective and existing customers.

12. Support and participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, customer engagement programs, and other Company events organized by Kanika.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma in Business Studies, or any related field.

2+ years of experience in sales-related or experience in Merchandiser

Product Training will be provided for Sales in Frozen Foods, Japanese Foods, F&B, etc.

Sales and results-driven person willing to expand in the Malay Markets

Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
