The position supports business development activities and contributes to the efficient processing of customer enquiries through professional, technically competent, customer service, structured quotation processing and administrative sales support.

Responsibilities Support and processing of customer enquiries in coordination with sales, customer service and product management. Preparation, creation and follow-up of routine quotations, taking into account internal specifications, price lists and approval processes.

Support of the product managers for chromatography, nucleic acid reagents and life science chemicals in administrative and sales-related tasks. Ensuring reliable, service-oriented and timely communication with internal and external contacts.

Your profile Who We Are Looking For Scientific or technical education (e.g., life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field) combined with commercial experience in sales support, customer service, or a comparable customer-facing role.

Initial professional experience (min 2 years) in inside sales, customer service, quotation management, order processing, or a similar administrative sales function; experience in the life science, laboratory, or chemical industry is an advantage.

Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential customer, pricing, and company information.

Interest in technical, chemical, biotechnology, or life science products and enthusiasm for supporting customers in a scientifically driven business environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with ERP, CRM, and other business systems. Period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
