Key Responsibilities: Proactive outbound calling to used car dealers to generate potential buyers Building and maintaining a network of professional dealers and resellers Identifying customer needs and qualifying potential buyers Generating new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calls Managing and following up on leads while continuously developing your sales pipeline Documenting all sales-related activities in the CRM system Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful vehicle sales Monitoring market trends and supporting the development of new business opportunities Your Profile: Initial experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role Enjoyment of phone-based customer engagement and building new relationships Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner Structured and self-organized way of working High motivation to work in a target-driven environment Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach Experience in the automotive industry or used car market is an advantage but not required Business-fluent English skills and an additional language (Dutch, French or German) Why Join Us & What’s In It For You?

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for proactively engaging buyers in the used car market. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling, building new dealer relationships, and developing a strong buyer network for our vehicles.
You will identify relevant prospects, reach out to potential buyers, and create sales opportunities through targeted and consistent market engagement. You will work in a dynamic, sales-driven environment and actively contribute to expanding our reach within the dealer network.
