Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying and acquiring new business partners and opportunities Assess customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share Provide technical and commercial support to customers, distributors, and sales partners Plan, coordinate, and monitor sales activities, including the preparation of forecasts, reports, and CRM documentation Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events, including delivering product presentations and overseeing print trials Collaborate closely with printing press manufacturers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of customer projects Qualifications Successfully completed apprenticeship, preferably within the printing industry Several years of professional experience in technical sales or a comparable customer-facing commercial role Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a highly customer-focused and sales-driven mindset Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative Willingness to travel, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and evolving market environment High level of resilience, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to influence and drive decisions effectively Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills; additional language skills are an advantage Advanced Microsoft Office skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
