Maintain the price tracking system and monitor prices for booked business.

Maintain good communication with Accounting Team and support and follow-up past due payments
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete in compliance with XXX policy and external requirements.
• Determine the effect of engineering changes to price
• Create and monitor schedules to meet customer needs.
Sales Representative:
• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with an assigned group of existing customer account(s).
• Conduct meetings face to face or online with customers as required
• Serve as the point of contact between XXX and assigned customers.
Respond to a range of customer inquiries (e.g., RFQs, surveys, order status).
• Promptly prepare sales quotes that incorporate the cost of the product and the desired profit margin.
• Accurately input all customer orders.
Communicate customer requests/requirements to others, including production, quality, manufacturing etc.
• Effectively resolve company and customer issues in a manner that serves the needs of both XXX and the customer.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the plants, engineering, other XXX departments and affiliate companies.
• Maintain accurate monthly sales forecasts for each customer and part number.
• Support budget preparation and creation
Demonstrated Abilities:
• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
• Good communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good cost awareness throughout the complete work tasks
Acquired Knowledge:
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field of study
• Driver license B required
• A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience working with OEMs, a Tier I and/or Tier II Automotive Supplier or equivalent sales experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Business level of English is mandatory
• Conversational level of Japanese is mandatory
• Basic level of German preferred, but not mandatory
