Coordinate closely with internal and external teams: process offers and orders, optimise inventory (own and client warehouses), and represent VitalAire at trade fairs and events. Your mission Build long‑term, trusting relationships with prescribing physicians, nursing personnel, payers and patients in the greater Munich area. Act as an entrepreneur in your territory: assume budget and revenue responsibility, optimally manage the product mix, analyse the sales area to close care gaps and drive growth.
Serve as a medical device consultant: fulfill all legal duties, ensure regulatory compliance and provide the highest care quality. Provide responsible introduction, training and delivery of our medical‑technical devices and accessories to guarantee safe and successful home therapy.
Support regional self‑help groups and maintain an active presence within the healthcare network. Qualifications Completed vocational training in a medical or technical field (e.g., nursing, paramedic, medical technology or equivalent) and possession of the qualification required for medical device advising (or willingness to obtain it promptly).
Proven field‑sales experience with a self‑managed, structured approach to territory development and growth. In‑depth knowledge of the relevant products and familiarity with the market dynamics and competition in the region.
Strong communication skills: able to build, maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, patients and payers; experience with self‑help group support is advantageous. Regular reporting to the territorial sales manager and coordination with internal stakeholders are part of the routine.
