Responsibilities
Identifying and Qualifying Leads:
Prospecting: Actively seek out potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, or referrals. Lead Qualification: Assess if a lead is a good fit for the product or service, based on factors like budget, needs, and decision-making authority.
Building Relationships and Presenting Solutions:
Establishing Rapport: Build trust and rapport with potential and existing customers. Needs Analysis: Identify customer pain points and tailor their presentations to demonstrate how the product or service can address those specific needs.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Effectively communicate the value of their offerings through presentations, demonstrations, and other sales materials. Closing: Guide customers through the final stages of the sales process to secure a purchase. Order Processing: Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring accurate order placement and fulfillment.
