(Senior) Key Account Manager – Data Center Solution (Remote/ Individual)

You’ll be a trusted advisor to strategic data center customers across Asia, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprises, EPCs and consultants. Your goal is to drive long-term growth by shaping infrastructure decisions early, uncovering high-impact opportunities, and delivering integrated solutions that create real value.

What you’ll do

• Build strategic relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with C-level leaders, technical decision-makers and project stakeholders, and help shape their long-term infrastructure roadmap.
• Create opportunities early: Engage customers well before tenders are issued to understand their business goals, position relevant solutions, and influence technical specifications.
• Sell on value: Lead discussions on resilience, scalability, sustainability, operational efficiency, AI readiness and total cost of ownership, with a focus on measurable business outcomes rather than product features.
• Lead major pursuits: Mobilise regional resources, build pursuit strategies, assess the competitive landscape, and apply disciplined qualification to improve win rates.
• Collaborate across functions: Work closely with country teams, engineering, marketing, product management, service and leadership to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What you’ll bring

At least 10 years of B2B sales, business development or key account management experience

Solid background in data centers, critical infrastructure, digital infrastructure, power and cooling, or industrial technology; experience across the Asian market is a strong plus

A proven track record in managing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals and influencing senior executives

Working knowledge of one or more of these areas: critical power, cooling, AI data centers, high-density infrastructure, sustainability, integrated solutions, mission-critical facilities, and colocation and hyperscale markets

Solid experience in Cooling Equipment/System, Liquid cooling, Cooling as a service
