Responsibilities Own and manage strategic relationships with our most important enterprise customers Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the C-level and VP level Independently lead renewal, upsell, and account expansion initiatives Develop and grow customer relationships through a structured, long-term account strategy Identify opportunities to increase customer value, adoption, and revenue growth Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success Analyze customer needs and develop tailored growth and success strategies Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and portfolio growth targets Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximize the value of NEURA Robotics solutions What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, automation, or industrial environments Proven experience managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts Strong background in renewal management, account expansion, and customer growth metrics such as NRR and customer health scores Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive decision-makers Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities and project management skills Experience working with customer success methodologies, customer health frameworks, and account planning processes Data-driven approach to portfolio management and customer growth strategies Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and executing expansion opportunities Ability to balance relationship management with revenue responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
