The person will be responsible for: Building long term partnership with the customer Promotional strategy per customer and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization) Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to the commercial strategy and the customer trading terms Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer Developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency, profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories Requirements: Degree in Economics Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management,Trade Marketing, Field Sales or Marketing in a FMCG company Advanced knowledge of Nielsen and Category Management Software People Management experience is a plus Good sales knowledge and understanding of retail practice (particularly Hypermarket, Supermarket, key customer strategy & operations) Fluency in English Personal Attributes: Leadership and interpersonal skills: capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers/internal teams Negotiation Strong analytical and communication skills Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating Tenacious and resilient Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities International mobility and motivation to a long term career in an international business For more details please contact: #J-18808-Ljbffr The company has operations in over 60 countries, with headquarters in the UK, Singapore, Dubai and Amsterdam, and sales in almost 200 countries.

The Senior Key Account Manager will be based in Heidelberg, Germany.
