We are building an AI-native culture and are looking to add a Key Account Manager (Pure Players) to our team in Frankfurt (Hybrid – 3 days a week).

RESPONSIBILITIES Build a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets for your accounts Be the category captain among our retailers Ensure that Shark & Ninja are represented positively and professionally both online and offline Plan and execute activities for online, in-store, and off-page to drive strong sales performance Ensure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goals Work within agreed Promotional (SOA) to ensure sales & margin targets are met Negotiate winning scenarios for both SharkNinja and the customer at all times Interpret market and sell‑out data into business opportunities Organize trade shows and retail events Report competitive activities & pricing Identify opportunities to deliver incremental business Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings and other company events as required REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English and German Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience – online sales is a plus Previous experience in the consumer goods industry Appetite for our unique products Results‑driven, strong negotiator, exceptional analytical skills Oral and written communication with impact Professional expertise Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Presentation and Microsoft skills Interpersonal and collaborative skills BENEFITS Competitive health insurance Retirement plans Paid time off Employee stock purchase options Wellness programs SharkNinja product discounts Learning programs for professional growth EEO STATEMENT We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability or any other class protected by legislation or local law.
