The role ensures efficient execution of programs and business‑as‑usual activities by acting as the single operational point of contact between clients, internal teams, and local distribution partners, directly contributing to service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary operational contact for assigned European McDonald’s markets Manage day‑to‑day coordination between McDonald’s Marketing and Supply Chain teams, internal stakeholders, and local distribution partners Oversee operational execution of promotional programs and ongoing supply activities Coordinate order flows, delivery timelines, and distribution readiness with local distribution partners Track execution against agreed plans and proactively flag deviations, delays, or risks Support issue resolution by coordinating corrective actions across internal teams and external partners Maintain accurate operational visibility on volumes, timelines, and delivery status Prepare and share regular operational updates, status reports, and escalation points as needed Support continuous improvement of operational processes and client interfaces Required Qualifications and Experience 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations Proven experience in managing logistics or supply chain projects Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred Experience in promotional items logistics and supply planning is a strong advantage Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively (internal teams, clients, and distribution partners) Technical Skills & Expertise Strong operational coordination and execution skills Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable in managing daily tasks Ability to manage multiple operational streams in parallel Clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders Problem‑solving mindset with focus on practical, workable solutions Service‑oriented attitude with commitment to meeting client expectations A true team player – collaborative, supportive, and able to work cross‑functionally A proactive, hands‑on working style with high customer focus and a strong sense of responsibility are key Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal; additional European languages are a plus Customer‑ and service‑oriented mindset with a continuous improvement attitude If you are a motivated self‑starter with a passion for logistics and a drive to grow in a global organization, this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level.
