Your Talent 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including a strong track record in managing pure player key accounts, ideally across multi‑country or multi‑door environments. Proven experience in Go‑To‑Market (GTM) processes, including assortment planning, distribution, and sell‑in cycles.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to optimize sell‑through, in‑season performance, and inventory health. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills, combined with an agile, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach.
