We are bringing a proven, chemical-free alternative to synthetic herbicides to the field.

Familiarity with ISOBUS and modern tractor-mounted implements. A small, hands-on team with deep expertise in plant biology, electro-physics and commercialization, plus an experienced advisory board from cross the ag industry.
Our tractor-mounted electro-physical system destroys weeds and dessicates crops using a patented high-voltage electricity system in combination with a proprietary conductive fluid. No chemistry, no residues, no resistance and our technology is field-proven across 12 countries and 6 seasons.
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Sales Representative / Business Developer to put machines in farmers’ fields. You will be our face to growers, contractors and machinery dealers across Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium, combining real agronomic credibility with the drive to close deals on capital equipment.
What you’ll do Generate and qualify leads among farmers, contractors and agricultural machinery dealers, then run the full sales cycle through to order. Run live field demonstrations of the machine system and translate the technology into clear value: harvest timing, cost parity with herbicides, yield gains and resistance control.
Build and manage relationships with our distributor partners and support them in selling and servicing the system. Advice growers on where electro-physical control fits in their operation, whether conventional, integrated or fully organic.
Represent us at trade shows and field events such as DLG Feldtage, and feed customer insight back into product and commercial decisions. Keep the pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM and report on activity and forecast. What you bring Practical agricultural background: a degree in agriculture or agronomy, or equivalent hands-on experience.
You understand farming and can talk credibly with growers. Experience in technical or capital-equipment sales, ideally agricultural machinery, crop inputs or related field technology. Confidently explaining a technical product and demonstrating machinery in real field conditions.
A self-starter who is happy on the road, visiting farms and managing your own territory. Fluent German and good English. Full driving licence and willingness to travel regular across Germany, with occasional travel abroad. Tractor driving license and experience are a major plus. Located in the Geilnkirchen area or willing to relocate.
Nice to have An existing network among farmers, contractors or machinery dealers in Germany. Experience selling sustainable or chemical-free ag solutions. A genuinely differentiated product in a market under pressure: glyphosate andothersare being squeezed by regulation, resistance and consumer demand for residue-free food.
