Technical Sales Representative (M/F/N) Our client is a recognised player in the field of industrial coatings and high value-added technical solutions. Responsibilities You ensure commercial development and full management of a client portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland.
You develop existing markets and identify new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategy. You actively prospect new clients and participate in expanding our market presence. You analyse market trends and propose concrete actions to strengthen our positioning.
You identify opportunities for innovation and improvement regarding products, services, and processes. You organise, prepare, and conduct technical training sessions for clients and partners. You carry out various reports, statistics, and administrative tasks related to your activity.
Candidate Profile You have a technical education, ideally in painting, industrial lacquering, or a similar field. You have a successful initial experience in a commercial role. You possess knowledge of liquid coatings, industrial paints, or lacquering systems. You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
You enjoy dynamic environments and are motivated by continuous development, innovation, and challenges. You actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, trust, and constructive feedback. You are recognised for your autonomy, reliability, perseverance, and initiative.
You have a perfect command of French (C1) and a good level of German (B1), both spoken and written. Ideally, you have a good knowledge of English (B1).
