Overview
Support position in field service for our heating and sanitary team in Dresden.
Responsibilities
• Installation, maintenance and repair of heating, sanitary and air‑conditioning systems
• Proper installation of pipelines and system components
• Diagnosis and correction of faults
• Minor maintenance tasks
• Customer consultation and care
• Documentation of performed work and procurement of materials
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
• Completed apprenticeship as a plant technician for sanitary, heating and air‑conditioning technology or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the SHK sector, preferably in customer service
• Solid knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair of heating, sanitary and climate systems
• Independent and structured working style
• Customer orientation and friendly demeanor
• Team spirit, communication skills, reliability
• Valid driver's licence class B
• Unrestricted employment relationship
