Responsibilities
In this role you will manage the entire sales cycle for road freight:
Proactively identify new business opportunities and market potential through detailed market, trend, and competitive analysis. Coordinate closely with the Road product, Customer Service, Pricing, and internal stakeholders.
Track and ensure a defined hit ratio for road freight offers to increase gross profit and volume in tons. Document all sales activities and identified opportunities comprehensively and timely in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Contribute to the continuous improvement of road freight products and services based on customer feedback.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and on social media. Qualifications Completion of an apprenticeship in freight forwarding / logistics or a related qualification.
