A growing specialist medical device business is expanding its neuromodulation commercial team in Germany and is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager.

You will take ownership of key hospital accounts, build relationships with clinicians and KOLs, and drive commercial growth across the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key hospital accounts across Germany
• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
• Build relationships with clinicians, KOLs and key stakeholders
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education
• Support tenders, negotiations and market development
• Work closely with clinical, marketing and commercial teams

About You

• Background in neuromodulation, neurostimulation, pain therapy or a related field
• Strong German hospital and clinical network
• Experience managing complex accounts and KOL relationships
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel across Germany
