Ready to lead growth across three strategic European markets?

An established international company specialising in integrated solutions for emergency and service vehicles is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Area Sales Manager to strengthen its presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

YOUR MISSION

You will take ownership of the DACH region, driving business development, expanding market share and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing the regional sales strategy.
• Expanding and managing a network of distributors, OEMs and vehicle converters.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts, strategic partners and end customers.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing market potential.
• Monitoring public tenders and coordinating competitive commercial proposals.
• Driving sales growth, profitability and long-term customer relationships across all three markets.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or channel management.
• A strong track record of developing markets and winning new business.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Currently based in Germany (Baden-Würtemberg, Niedersachsen, Bayern...) and willing to travel across the DACH region.

Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, emergency equipment or technical solutions would be a strong advantage.
