MISSION AT HAND

As a sales-driven industry expert, you combine a passion for travel with data-driven media sales. Your goal is to expand the partner portfolio through targeted new customer acquisition and strategic account management, negotiate exclusive travel deals with real value, and keep revenue growth on track.

For this position you have to be based in Germany.

DUTIES ON DECK

You are responsible for the proactive sales of our marketing solutions and media services (deals, magazine, social media, campaigns)

You are responsible for establishing and expanding our partner portfolios (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, destinations)

You are comfortable with new customer acquisition but can also develop accounts into long-term clients

You present and represent our company and products to partners and at trade shows domestically and abroad

You work closely with the Content, Marketing, and Campaign Management departments for the best possible publication of travel deals

You analyze and prepare data around partner campaigns and deals

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of sales experience in a media / e-commerce environment

Holistic marketing understanding with a focus on delivering customer value and custom-fit media packages

German at native-speaker level, very good English skills, both written and spoken

Knowledge of the tourism industry, including market participants and competition

Sales and new customer acquisition is your passion

Very good sales and negotiation skills

Independent, autonomous, and goal oriented working style

Very good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to travel for business domestically and abroad (approx. 10% of working hours; individually and flexibly plannable)

EXTRA KNOTS FOR

Affiliate Platform Expertise: Practical experience with networks such as AWIN, Partnerrize, or Impact (tracking links, attribution models, CPO billing) is an advantage.

Sales & CRM Tool Knowledge: Ideally already experienced in using sales CRMs such as Monday or Salesforce (for pipeline management, lead tracking, and deal reporting).

Basic Knowledge of Paid Media & AdTech: Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, retargeting, ad servers, or Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
