We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to own and grow a wholesale business in their largest market - Germany!

What You’ll Do

Be the face of our brand in Germany’s wholesale and distribution space.

• Develop and execute a powerful go-to-market strategy tailored to the DACH market
• Strengthen and expand our relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distribution partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to roll out impactful local campaigns
• Stay ahead of the competition—analyze trends, spot shifts, and shape strategy accordingly
• Deliver on growth targets, track key metrics, and report results directly to senior leadership
• Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and trade fairs across Germany

What You Bring

• Proven B2B sales success and sales strategy experience.
• In-depth understanding of Germany’s wholesale and retail distribution landscape
• A strong network of industry contacts—and the ability to turn conversations into contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills
• Business-level fluency in German and strong English communication skills
