Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key cross-border customers, including freight forwarders, e-commerce sellers, independent online stores, and brand clients
• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition
• Support customer retention by ensuring high service quality and resolving business-related issues in a timely manner
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, customer segments, and market developments
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and support business objectives
• Prepare business reports, sales analyses, and market assessments for management review

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, B2B sales, business development, or key account management
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics, parcel logistics, freight forwarding, or brand customer development is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of e-commerce markets and emerging industry trends
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
• Additional European languages and/or Chinese language skills are considered an advantage
