Your role and responsibilities

• You manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new customers across North-East France and the French-speaking regions of Luxembourg and Switzerland.
• You conduct regular customer visits and promote MISUMI's broad product portfolio and digital services to key stakeholders.
• You build strong relationships with engineers, mechanical designers, purchasing professionals and other decision-makers.
• You collaborate closely with Inside Sales colleagues to identify business opportunities and drive regional growth.
• You maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system and ensure timely reporting.
• You work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Technical Support and other departments to deliver excellent customer support and business results.

Your profile

• You have experience in field sales, business development or customer-facing commercial roles.
• You are confident in building relationships and communicating with customers at different organizational levels.
• You are self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
• You enjoy identifying new business opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships.
• You are fluent in French and have good English communication skills.
• You are willing to travel frequently within your assigned sales territory and enjoy working independently.
