Your goal is to help increase market penetration, support existing customers, and identify new opportunities within academic institutions, biotech, pharmaceutical companies, and CROs. /p ul liDevelop and nurture strong relationships with key customers in academia and industry /li liIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region /li liPartner closely with the local distributor, providing product training, strategic guidance, and ongoing support to drive growth /li liConduct product demonstrations, presentations, and scientific discussions at customer meetings, conferences, seminars, and trade shows /li liSupport marketing activities including workshops, events, and seminar series /li liHandle essential administrative tasks: quotations, order follow‑ups, distributor/customer agreements, and documentation in compliance with company procedures /li liPrepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 pIn order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the following criteria: /p ul liNative or bilingual Japanese proficiency and professional‑level English /li liBachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Neuroscience, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field (Neurobiology strongly preferred) /li liEither 1–2 years of sales experience or hands‑on knowledge in electrophysiology (e: patch‑clamp, MEA, neural assays) /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with the global sales team /li liAvailability to travel up to 30% (Japan and international) /li liEU residence permit required /li /ul pAre you a Japanese speaker and looking for an opportunity to add value to a deep tech company and help them with their mission to build transformational technologies to help others?
