Job Summary
The Artel Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our international sales organization.
The ISR is responsible for owning inbound and outbound lead engagement, qualifying and advancing opportunities, supporting quoting and deal progression, and ensuring that field sales teams are supported by a consistent, high quality sales funnel aligned with our annual sales targets and long term growth objectives.
This role is central to driving lead generation and opportunity creation, ensuring strong service and consumables attachment on every active instrument, and enabling Account Managers to successfully progress opportunities from initial engagement through purchase order.
The ISR operates primarily across key Biopharma accounts, while also supporting the Clinical industry and any environments where single channel pipettes, multi channel pipettes, and automated liquid handling solutions are used.
This role is instrumental in scaling revenue, accelerating deal velocity, and supporting strategic account growth during a period of portfolio expansion and business integration.
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in fueling the commercial funnel by generating high quality, viable opportunities and actively supporting the sales organization in closing business.
