Team player. #J-18808-Ljbffr Responsibilities Global responsibility for developing and executing strategies to maximize NXP sales and profit at a Tier 1 Automotive Account. Identifying opportunities for NXP based on this information and helping to tailor the NXP Value Propositions specifically for your customers.
Understanding formal and informal hierarchy, decision makers, advocates and enemies at the customer and establishing suitable relationship strategies to improve NXP’s position at the account. Creating and successfully executing suitable negotiation strategy and tactics throughout the year.
Representing and conveying customer needs internally at NXP, ensuring adequate priorities are set to execute against strategy. Delegating and monitoring logistics/quality issues to the relevant people within NXP. Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are timely updated with accurate information.
Consolidating the above into a Customer Business Plan to clearly communicate expectations and requirements from NXP in order to meet short- and long-term revenue and design-win targets. Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization. Managing eight direct reports.
Qualifications Electrical engineering degree or similar.
Knowledge about semiconductor products, particularly the automotive portfolio (Auto MCUs and MPUs, infotainment tuners and amplifiers, radars, sensors, high-performance mixed-signal and analog devices) and their usage in automotive applications. 15 years of experience in automotive semiconductor marketing or sales.
Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English. Ability to explain complex technical content in a convincing manner appropriate to the business partner’s level. Strong analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability. Willingness to travel. Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment.
