Inside Sales Representative

Manage and develop assigned customer accounts, primarily within the C-customer segment
Build strong customer relationships through regular contact via phone, email, and digital channels
Identify and qualify sales opportunities
Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in Salesforce
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and other stakeholders
Support commercial initiatives, process improvements, and digital/e-commerce adoption
Provide commercial and operational support to internal and external customers
Coordinate with field sales teams, administer pricing, support contracts, and maintain commercial data and systems

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification, combined with professional experience in an internal sales or sales support function
• Experience in customer support, inside sales, sales administration, or commercial operations
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is desirable
• Experience in industrial, coatings, manufacturing, or B2B environments is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation with proven relationship management capabilities
• Commercially savvy with strong sales mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities
