Location: Fortinet office - either Frankfurt, Munich OR Hamburg
Responsibilities:
Planning, executing, tracking and analyzing our renewal business Establishing a framework and process to track, manage and maximize renewal contracts Cooperating with the sales team and assist in selling renewals and promoting up-sell opportunities Contacting and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process – always aligned with Account Manager Periodically reporting on progress of current contract renewals Managing customer requests Preparing forecasts of contract renewal bookings Demonstrating key functionality to promote up-sells at existing accounts
Required Skills:
Experience with supporting a Sales Team ideally within the IT Industry – security and or networking sector Goal orientated and self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills (in German / English) High degree of proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Confidence and excellent negotiation skills Ability to analyze numbers effectively Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team e
