Job Title: Key Account Manager - Carrier (Telecom Industry) Location: Munich, Germany Main Responsibilities Responsible for the overall development and management of customer relationship activities based on key account requirements.
Develop a responsible key account business plan and provide market feedback to company leadership regarding insights, competition, prospect needs and generate product and service portfolio development ideas. Drive increased revenue and profit to sustain key account growth. Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans on a yearly basis.
Act as the project lead or core member of sales projects, take the lead in project operations, and help achieve project objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree in Telecommunication or ICT.
At least 3 years of telecom account sales experience and knowledge of core telecom technologies such as LTE/5G, DWDM, IP/MPLS, VoIP, core network infrastructure, or OSS/BSS systems. Experience in working with Telco customers and Telco accounts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business. Fluency in German and English is a must. Must be eligible to work within the EU. Please apply with your CV in English.
