With GARDENA, we make gardening easier, smarter, and more sustainable – are you in?Your Responsibilities:Full ownership of a defined product portfolio within GARDENA’s Amazon Europe Vendor business (EU10) – including revenue, profitability, and investmentsActing as the commercial owner for your categories, driving sustainable growth and actively steering margin, pricing, and investments in a highly competitive Amazon environmentLeading end-to-end go-to-market strategies – from assortment planning and product launches to lifecycle and phase-out managementIdentifying and unlocking growth opportunities across marketplaces and categories within AmazonSteering promotions, deal events, and seasonal campaigns for your portfolio across all European marketplacesDriving continuous improvement of content, visibility, and conversion performanceHow we work (Team Setup):You are part of a team of Key Account Managers, each owning a defined product portfolioWhile ownership is clearly split by category, Amazon is managed centrally as one customerStrategic discussions, negotiations, and key meetings with Amazon are led jointly as a team, ensuring one consistent GARDENA approachClose alignment within the team is critical to balance growth, profitability, and investment decisions across categoriesYou collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to deliver end-to-end resultsYour Profile:Must have:Several years of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor businessProven track record in commercial ownership (revenue + profitability) and negotiations with AmazonStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear commercial actionsStrong stakeholder management skills in an international environmentFluent in English required, German is a plusNice to have:Experience in Powered Garden / seasonal or durable goods businessExposure to pan-European Amazon setups (EU10)Understanding of supply chain / demand planning / Amazon operational modelsIdeal:Experience working directly at Amazon (Vendor Manager / AVS / Brand Specialist)Experience managing a category or portfolio with clear accountability for revenue, profitability, and commercial steering levers (pricing, investments, promotions)Strong track record in driving growth in complex, dynamic environmentsOur promise to youYou will work in a team that remains curious and takes responsibility.
