In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe. As a Key Account Manager at Mobis, you will be the strategic interface between Mobis and the customer.
You will manage all commercial and strategic aspects of the account, ensuring alignment with customer’s evolving needs while driving growth, profitability, and long-term partnership. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive key account management, preferably with German OEMs. Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and winning new business. Fluent in English and German; Korean is a plus. Strong understanding of VW Group’s organizational structure and decision-making processes.
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Technical understanding of automotive systems (e.g. e-power train). Project management and problem-solving abilities. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a global matrix organization.
Your tasks Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for the customer across all brands. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the customer's ecosystem for Chassis Products. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and long‑term agreements.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders at customer and internally. Organize and lead regular business reviews and technical workshops. Monitor project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Stay informed on customer’s strategic direction, platform developments, and technology roadmaps.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to internal stakeholders. Escalate and resolve critical issues affecting the customer relationship. Stay informed on customer’s strategic direction, platform developments, and technology roadmaps.
