What you’ll do here at Sharpist As Key Account Manager you will have tangible impact on how companies train and develop the next generation of employees across the globe.

You play a key role contributing to our go‑to‑market strategy and take full ownership of growing our most critical accounts. 70% – Account Management & Growth: using business acumen and a consultative mindset, you proactively anticipate clients' strategic needs and identify where our solutions can help them crush their goals. 30% – Project Management & Extreme Customer Satisfaction: you coordinate client requests seamlessly, moving quickly and precisely to ensure a level of customer satisfaction that goes beyond expectations.

Milestones Within 1 month: Successful onboarding and knowledge of key stakeholders. Within 1 quarter: Understand territory, build a territory plan aligned with sales target; identify strategic growth opportunities; meet with senior‑level executives to demonstrate product value.

Within 1 year: Significantly contribute to enterprise segment growth; create trust and cement long‑term relationships; grow revenue by identifying customers' needs and implementing strategic initiatives. Future: Develop and lead our Enterprise Account Management initiatives; continue helping customers and create your own growth journey.

Job Requirements Primary qualifications 3+ years in Enterprise B2B Sales: a demonstrated history of closing deals, consistently attaining sales targets, and growing an existing client portfolio. Native‑level German (C1+) and fluent English. Willingness to travel within DACH up to ~30% as needed.

Preferred qualifications Solid presentation skills and high confidence when engaging with decision‑makers. A positive & engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners. Thriving in a dynamic, ever‑evolving environment fueled by continuous growth.

Experience with Tech/SaaS and L&D/HR industry is a huge plus. What we offer Uncapped Commission: a transparent model that rewards execution and over‑achievement.
