You are responsible for the key account management.
This means:
Key responsibilities Strategic development of the customer on a local level Management / Supervision of the sites in Hamburg, related to Change request offers, Offers for ad-hoc services and Management of major projects Weekly contact with Site Managers to know the status of the whole operation Follow up on complaints and contractual issues Contract/operations representation at client meetings and content creation (QBRs, projects, statistics, analysis, KPI revisions) Define and / or standardize processes and action plans from customer perspective (Germany & Global) Promote initiatives with key customer stakeholders (innovation day, site visits…) Your profile Successfully completed studies with a background in economics or logistics or comparable training 5 years of professional experience in the respective industry and logistics / transportation Experience with supply chain solutions in contract logistics Presentation and customer discussion skills Ability to work in a structured environment as well as to further develop a customer Use of distribution systems and key elements Ability to communicate across different hierarchical levels internally and external
