What we are looking for • You have successfully completed an electrotechnical university degree or a technical/commercial university degree and have gathered some previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the Automotive area • You have a good understanding of electronic / electromechanic components and are able to negotiate well with both commercial and technical experts • You have proven your ability to build and enhance relations with customers and through that generating new business • You are business fluent in both German and English • You are willing to travel on a regular basis if required • You show a strong can-do-attitude, are able to work independently and are a skilled negotiator What we offer • Work in an international corporate environment • Flexible working time models with regular mobile work and without classic core hours • 30 days' holiday (plus Christmas and New Year's Eve) • Access to our training and development opportunities • An attractive salary package and other benefits • This position also includes a company car Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Fairness and equality are in our DNA.

What you will be doing • You will take full global responsibility for certain product groups for your assigned customers in the Automotive Area (mainly Tier 1) • You are responsible for the acquisition of new projects with existing customers and lead them to success. • You steer customer RFQs/RFIs internal to different stakeholders and external to customer. • You are strengthening relations with your assigned customers and ensure a trusting and mutually beneficial work relationship • You take the necessary steps to ensure sustainable sales and KPI fulfillment • You keep an eye on the bigger picture, define the strategy for your area of responsibility and implement it to success • You are in charge of Sales and inventory planning • You drive daily sales operations and ensure constant logistics monitoring • You are in charge to get all relevant data into our CRM • You take care of regular reporting to the management and relevant stakeholders about the business situation including risk and opportunities as well as the project status.
