Drive regional market expansion by executing company sales strategies, including partner development, distributor system setup, sales policy formulation, and budget planning to achieve annual sales goals. Maintain key distributor and partner relationships through regular visits and strategic communication.
Monitor market dynamics , including competitor analysis, product feedback, and demand research, and consolidate insights for decision-making. Requirements: 5+ years of offline sales experience in stationery, office supply Excellent interpersonal skills , extensive local business networks, and a customer-centric approach .
