Our colleague Erik Steinmeyer is looking for you to join his team as: Key Account & Marketing Manager - Global Media Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing Our global media department manages media rights for international clients and works with broadcasters and media platforms to exploit the events of our partners globally.

The team is looking for a key member to manage selected client relationships and supporting the department leadership with sales and acquisition operations to further grow the business.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE Lead and coordinate international media accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships Drive stakeholder management and reporting, both internally and externally, providing clear insights and recommendations Actively contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, developing new approaches, and pushing strategic initiatives forward Manage and optimize global media marketing inventory (sales & acquisition) to maximize value Coordinate distribution processes across global markets and partners Support and steer cross-market project management within the global media team Conduct market research and leverage business intelligence to inform decisions and uncover growth potential Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data & BI, Creation, Marketing Communications) to deliver integrated solutions WHAT YOU’LL BRING Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sports and/or media industry Proven track record in managing multiple accounts and stakeholders, including handling complex and challenging situations Strong ability to navigate and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a clear drive to develop business, push initiatives, and achieve growth targets Excellent communication skills and a high level of confidence in English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) DON’T MEET ALL THE CRITERIA?
