Responsibilities Close coordination with the CCO and the marketing team to implement our commercial strategy(ies) Identification of competitive advantages to optimize our margins, capacity utilization and marketing concepts Monitoring and analysis of our performance KPIs, including deriving recommendations for action Implementation of various carrier measures depending on the target group Coordination with our carrier and key account partners regarding terms and rates Monitoring market, competitor and demand developments to identify our growth and profit potential Development and implementation of trade marketing and campaign strategies Maintenance of our strategic partnerships and active networking Requirements Degree in business administration, marketing & sales, tourism management or a comparable field (Initial) relevant professional experience in marketing, commercial, sales, revenue management or business development Routine use of MS Office Experience with analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written) Ideally experience with CRM or revenue management systems or experience in the cruise industry is an advantage Numerical affinity and analytical skills Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset Natural communication and presentation strength Flexibility and willingness to travel for business trips and events #J-18808-Ljbffr
