Key Account Management: You will manage our most important key account — a leading German purchasing cooperative — and maintain the relationship. Develop direct customers: You will systematically expand existing direct customers and acquire new accounts in office supplies and e-commerce.
Open up the manufacturing sector: You will identify companies with needs for custom magnet solutions and win them as direct customers through cold outreach. Hands‑on acquisition: You will make 40+ of your own cold calls per week.
Requirements Sales experience: You bring 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in consumer goods, office supplies, DIY/hardware retail, or technical components sales. Ownership mentality: You want not only to meet sales goals but to shape a business unit. Hunter mentality: You are comfortable picking up the phone.
Account care: You understand that a signed contract is only the beginning. Entrepreneurial mindset: You see not just the product but the solution for the customer. Languages: You negotiate confidently in German (C2) and also have strong English skills (C1).
Digital affinity: You work routinely with CRM tools, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator — or are ready to get up to speed quickly. Plus: Existing network in buying groups, office retail, or manufacturing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
