Key Responsibilities： 1.Lead business development for research and clinical collaborations related to AD blood testing across Europe, with a focus on neurodegenerative diseases, brain science, and biomarker research institutions. 2.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with the following priority institutions: German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) Mission Lucidity, KU Leuven, Belgium Paris Brain Institute, France UK Dementia Research Institute Amsterdam University Medical Centers (Amsterdam UMC) Oslo University Hospital King’s College London CIEN, Madrid, Spain 3.Identify and engage key stakeholders within target institutions, including principal investigators (PIs), clinical research leaders, translational medicine teams, laboratory medicine leaders, and procurement or partnership decision-makers. 4.Drive the adoption and implementation of AD blood testing solutions in research projects, clinical cohort studies, real-world studies, sample testing, and joint validation initiatives. 5.Understand customer needs related to AD screening, diagnostic support, disease staging, treatment response assessment, and biomarker research; work closely with Medical, R develop regional market insights and key-account maps. 8.Represent the company at relevant European scientific conferences, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen its scientific presence and partnership network in the AD blood-testing field.
Familiarity with p-tau, Aβ, NfL, and GFAP is preferred. 4.Experience in business development, project management, clinical research, or scientific translation within European universities, research institutes, hospitals, or biopharmaceutical companies. 5.Ability to communicate effectively and credibly with PIs, clinical experts, and research teams, translating scientific needs into practical collaboration opportunities. 6.Professional fluency in English is required.Strong cross-cultural communication, commercial negotiation, project execution, and relationship-management skills; willingness to travel across Europe as needed. 7.Self-driven, results-oriented, highly accountable, and committed to operating with strong compliance and professional ethics.
Qualifications： 1.Advanced degree in biomedical sciences, neuroscience, clinical medicine, laboratory medicine, pharmacy, public health, or a related discipline.
Postdoctoral experience is strongly preferred, followed by a PhD. 2.Relevant experience in AD, neurodegenerative diseases, brain science, neuroimaging, biomarkers, in vitro diagnostics, or clinical research. 3.Strong understanding of Alzheimer’s disease blood biomarkers and related testing technologies.
Preferred Qualifications： 1.Previous employment, collaboration experience, or co-authored publications with the priority institutions listed above, or comparable leading European institutions in brain science and neurodegenerative disease research. 2.Postdoctoral research experience in AD, neurodegenerative diseases, or related blood biomarkers. 3.Experience with AD cohort studies, clinical trials, IVD registration studies, companion diagnostics, or real-world studies. 4.An established network of European AD key opinion leaders, PIs, CROs, hospital laboratories, or research platforms.
