Responsibilities: To manage the contact lenses business of the company with responsibility for key accounts, sales, budgeting and supporting colleagues from sales team and from Customer Service.

To ensure that the objectives set by his/her supervisor are achieved, and that his/her business activities are planned and organized on such a way that provides maximum sales volume and profitability in the short and long term Develop the area Germany, Austria and Switzerland for contact lens in order to maximize company's market presence.

Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through distributors, buying groups, optical retail chains, pharmacy retail chains, online retailers as well as through the direct sales to independent stores.

Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in order to achieve sales target Gather market, competitor information and customer's feedback in order to let the company to react and be prepared accordingly.

Ensure a good level of understanding and knowledge of organization's products and service in order to ensure that customer enquires can be dealt with accurately and appropriately. Analyses and project achievable sales budget in order to maximize business and profit.

Actively participate in trade fairs, congresses, conferences and seminars, propose the ways of marketing in order to increase noticeability of the products in assigned sales territory Requirements: 5 years' experience in sales of contact lenses in the Dach territories Strong achievement record in major accounts development Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong influencing and persuasion skills Pro-active in seeking projects Strong business judgement, commercial awareness High drive and energy Strong flair in spotting business opportunities Proficient in English and German, both verbal and written #J-18808-Ljbffr
