Here, you will make an impact by: Rolling out a sales division strategy for the converters market in Germany (north-east) and by increasing market share with existing and prospect customers by positioning 3M as the preferred graphic films partner and selling the 3M brand and technologies Strengthening customer relationships with converters, with special focus on loyalty program expansion Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g.
